I went here on my way home from work a few days ago. Seeing how ran down the building and equipment was I decided to use it anyway. Turning on the foam brush i was blasted with a deep purple soap from the brush ruining my cloths. Absolutely NO contact info on this individual.. I will be contacting proper people. If you are having problems with this business contact the town of Maggie Valley at once. People like this are giving our area a bad name and need to be dealt with accordingly.
Stole my nine dollarsat the automatic wash.. and phone number was disconnected so cant get a refund i guess. as you can imagine I'm very unhappy
Looks ok but apparently abandoned. Coin Change didn't work, and the Self-Service Wash did not either. Called for minimum of $1.50 which was ok but that only gets you 1 min so I put in another $1.50 and that got me 30 more seconds. I ended up spending $5 and then little to no soap. Should have just gone in to Waynesville to AutoBell.
Put $7.00 in the auto car wash. Took my money, no wash! No where to call to get money back!
Terrible. Only went 1/2 way on car and no drying. And no one to complain to. Don't wait your money.
Would definitely stay away from the Auto Unit.
