We were in a bit of a rush at a short stop during a road trip. They were able to accommodate a shortened version of their tasting and we ended up getting some local sodas from them. I took home their smooth local vodka. I enjoyed their whiskey, but after our Gatlinburg distillery crawl, we weren't in the mood for any more. Thanks a bunch!
Wonderful staff and informative tour. The root beer flavored White Lightning moonshine is fantastic! Hurricane Creek vodka is smooth. Bought the Purchase Knob whiskey. I can't wait for the bourbons. Go see this place. Take the tour and get a glass of your choice plus samples.
Spot on distillery in Maggie Valley! Whiskey, bourbon and vodka! Vodka is very smooth and in my humble opinion better than some local distilleries at home. 5$ tour comes with a glass to take home and samples of their creations!
Very interesting learning how shine and Bourbon is made, recommend the tour it was only 5 bucks a person, and you get a cool glass to take home.
It costs $5 for a tour, but you get a choice of one of four commemorative drinking glasses for free (retail value $5) with each admission. Well worth it! Free tasting of 4 different products made on site. Loved it!
