we booked last available room and I could not have been more surprised. with 98% of all hotels booked within a hundred miles this was a pleasant little place to stay. wont hesitate to stay again. american owned and our room was clean.!

My family loves staying here. The staff is super nice and work really hard to make your stay as great as possible. We send my parents here all the time for a getaway. They love it to. This is definitely the only place in Maggie Valley we stay! Keep up the good work.

We chose Our Place Inn to spend our family 4th of July vacation. We couldn't have picked a better place. . We stayed in the Family Room. Something I have never experienced in any other motel. A huge room with a Queen bed, Bunk beds for the kids and a pull out for extra guests. Cody and Kitty were perfect hosts. K&C had a BBQ on the 4th and we all sat and watched the fireworks from the comfort of the property with the other guests. We have a three year old and when she burned through clothes and towels in our journey to perfect potty training Kitty was right there with fresh towels and access to the laundry. We plan to return to Maggie Valley and when we do we will for certain be staying at Our Place.
We stayed at Our Place Inn for the eclipse and I loved it! The owners are awesome people who work really hard to provide a memorable experience. The beds were soft and comfy, and the feeling of community and comraderie was wonderful. I've never stayed at an inn where complete strangers could just hang out around a fire pit together on a mild evening and feel completely at ease. If you're visiting Maggie Valley, this is a must-have experience!
